护理组长负责制在提高骨伤科患者健康教育质量中的作用

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the role of nursing group leaders in the health education in department of traumatology. Methods 80 patients hospitalized in the department during September to November 2009 were assigned into the control group, and another 80 patients during December 2009 and February 2010 in the observation group. The former received the health education in the conventional method, and the latter by means of a system of nursing group leaders assuming responsibility. The two groups were compared in view of mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction degree. Results The mastery of health knowledge in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group (94.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.3%) (x2 = 4.60, P < 0.05). Conclusion The health education by way of a system of nursing group leaders assuming responsibility may enhance the mastery of disease knowledge and thus increase the therapeutic effect.%目的 探讨护理组长负责制在提高骨伤科患者健康教育质量中的作用.方法 2009年9-11月,选择在木院骨伤科住院的80例患者为对照组;2009年12月-2010年2月,选择在本院骨伤科住院的80例患者为观察组.对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,观察组采用护理组长负责制健康教育方法.比较两组患者疾病知识掌握程度和满意度情况的差异.结果 观察组患者健康知识掌握程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05).观察组患者对护理工作满意度为94.3%,对照组为85.3%,两组比较,X2=4.60,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 实施护理组长负责制的健康教育,在提高患者满意度的同时,提高了患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,从而使患者主动和积极配合治疗和护理,进而提高疾病的治疗效果.
