Roy适应模式在实习护士角色适应中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探讨Roy适应模式(roy adaptation model,RAM)在实习护士角色适应中的教学效果,为临床带教中采用更有针对性的教学方法提供参考.方法 将120名实习护生随机均分为干预组与对照组,每组各60名.干预组采用RAM实施教学,从理论知识掌握程度、护士角色的概念与角色功能、相互配合4个方面进行评估分析,提出存在问题并采取有效的干预措施;对照组采取传统教学方法.比较两组护生实习结束后护士角色适应情况.结果 两组护生护士角色适应情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组优于对照组.结论 将RAM应用于临床实习护士角色适应教学中,能帮助护生较好地适应实习护士角色,提高临床实习教学效果.%Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Roy's adaptation model (RAM) on the nurse role adaptation. Methods 120 student nurses were randomly divided evenly into the intervention group and control group. The intervention group received RAM intervention. They were assessed from the aspects of mastery of the theoretical knowledge, the concept, the role and mutual cooperation of student nurses so as to find the problems. The control group received the conventional teaching methodology. The role adaption of the student nurses from the two groups was compared. Result The role adaption of the student nurse? From the intervention group was significantly better than that from the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion RAM can help the student nurees to adapt themselves to the role of a nurse and thus improve the teaching effect of clinical practice.
