Objective To investigate the effect of synchronic follow-ups in discharged patients with replacement of total hip and their families.Methods 60 patients with total hip and their families were randomized equally into observation group and control group.All of them were followed up.The patients in the control group were followed up,while the patients in the observation group took part in the follow-ups secondarily and their families were mainly followed up.Harris Hip Joint Function Scale,Depression Scale for CES-D Epidemiologic Survey,Social Support Scale and a self-designed Family Rehabilitation Needs Scale were used to investigate the function of hip joint,scores on emotions and social support,and satisfaction degree with family rehabilitation needs.Results 6 month after replacement,the somatization and active emotions were better than those of the control group.The family support and social support were both higher than those of the control group.The level of family rehabilitation was higher than that of the control group,1 month and 6 months after replacement,the functions of hip joints from the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion The synchronic follow-up to the patients and the families may not only improve the family's and social supports and the satisfaction level by family rehabilitation,but also improve the positive emotions for active treatment so that they can become actively cooperative in the treatment.In this case,the curative effect may be enhanced.%目的 探讨患者和家属同步随访在全髋关节置换术出院患者中的应用效果.方法 将60例行全髋关节置换术患者按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对所有出院患者进行定期家庭随访,对照组随访对象为患者,观察组随访对象为患者及其家属.采用Harris髋关节功能评分表、CES-D流行病学调查用抑郁量表、领悟社会支持量表和自行设计的家庭康复需求满足程度调查表分别调查两组患者的髋关节功能、情绪、社会支持及家庭康复需求满足度.结果 术后6个月,实验组患者积极情绪较对照组高,躯体症状和抑郁情绪较对照组低,家庭支持和社会支持得分均高于对照组,家庭康复需求满足程度优于对照组；术后1个月和6个月,实验组患者的髋关节功能情况均优于对照组和术前,组间和组内比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 患者和家属同步随访,在提高患者家庭支持和社会支持及家庭康复需求满足程度的同时,提高了患者治疗疾病的积极情绪,使患者积极主动配合治疗,进而提高其治疗效果.
