Objective:To improve the quality standard of traditional she medicine—Ge gongniugen.Methods:The microscopical characteristics were identified by microscopical method,and index ingredient (Gallic acid)were determined by HPLC.The water content,total ash and ethanol-soluble extractives were determined according to the method in appendix of"pharmacopoeia of people’s republic of china".Results:Characteristics of microscopical identification of Ge gongniugen were obviously.A good linearity of psoralen was at 3.881 ~38.81 μg·mL -1 (r =0.999 7),and the average recovery rate was 99.47% (n =6),RSD =1.22%.The content of gallic acid in 14 batches of Ge gongniugen was in the range of 0.28%-1.46%.The results of water content,total ash and ethanol-soluble extractives were in the range of 5.0%-10.2%,1.4%-3.6% and 14.4%-41.8%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,applicable for the quality control of Ge gongniugen.%目的:完善畲药“搁公扭根”的质量标准。方法:运用显微鉴别法、高效液相色谱法分别对搁公扭根的粉末显微特征、指标性成分(没食子酸)进行测定;参照《中华人民共和国药典》2010版附录相关方法对搁公扭根水分、总灰分和醇溶性浸出物进行测定。结果:搁公扭根粉末显微特征明显;没食子酸的线性范围为3.881~38.81μg·mL -1(r =0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.47%(n =6),RSD =1.22%。14批搁公扭根样品的测定结果表明,没食子酸的含量为0.28%~1.46%,水分、总灰分和醇溶性浸出物分别为5.0%~10.2%、1.4%~3.6%和14.4%~41.8%。结论:研究所得方法简便、准确,可用于搁公扭根的质量控制。
