中药的气与性之辨

The cold,hot,warm and the cool of Chinese herb are used to reflect its nature and feature who can influence pathological changes and excess or deficiency of Yin and Yang in human body.This is drug properties in narrow sense,called " Si Qi" in ancient time,"Si Xing" nowadays.In the process of reading ancient literature,found that the concept of "Si Qi" and "Si Xing" has a lot of differences,so it is necessary to implement their exploration and summarize.%药物的寒热温凉之性主要用以反映影响人体寒热病理变化及阴阳盛衰的作用性质和特征,这是狭义的药性,古代称“四气”,现代通常称“四性”.然而在梳理历代本草文献过程中,发现诸多关于中药的“四气”与“四性”概念不符之处,因而进行探讨与总结.
