介绍优质球化剂的生产流程,并对球化处理工艺、球化剂的w(Mg)量波动、w(MgO)量、球化剂吸收率、球化剂所含RE的组成对球化效果以及缺陷倾向的影响进行了讨论.%The production flow of high quality nodularizing alloy was introduced, and the nodularizing treating process, magnesium content fluctuation, absorption rate of the nodularizing alloy, the influence of rare earth ingredients contained in the nodularizing alloys on nodularizing effect and defects tendency were discussed.
