康明斯立浇缸盖常见铸造缺陷及解决措施

             

摘要

介绍了在GF高压造型线上采用整体组芯立浇工艺生产康明斯发动机缸盖铸件时常见的铸造缺陷.对砂眼、渣眼、渗漏和气孔缺陷产生原因进行了分析,提出了相应的解决方法,使砂眼废品率从23.02%降到1.40%、渗漏和气孔废品率分别稳定在1.2%和0.5%以下.%An introduction was given to the common casting defects of Cummins engine cylinder head which was vertically cast on the GF high -pressure molding line with cores -assembly as the mold. The reasons causing sand inclusion, slag inclusion. leakage and blow hole were analyzed, and relevant measures to solve the defects were proposed. As the result, the sand inclusion-caused rejection rate was reduced from 23.02% to 1.40%. the leakage rejection rate and blow hole rejection rate was kept lower than 1.2% and 0.5% respectively.
