2-(4-氯苯基)-2-(1-环丙基乙基)-环氧丙烷高效液相色谱定量分析方法的研究

The analysis method of 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(l-cyclopropyIethyl) oxirane by reverse phase HPLC using methanol and water (V/V, 7/3) as mobile phase, C18 column and ultraviolet detector was described. The results showed the standard deviations of the method was 0.121 2, the coefficient of variation was 0.131%, the average recoveries was 99.53%, the linear correlations was 0.999 9.%叙述了采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水(V/V,7/3)为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器定量分析环丙唑醇的重要中间体2-(4-氯苯基)-2-(1-环丙基乙基)-环氧丙烷(简称“环氧”)的含量.结果表明,中间体“环氧”的标准偏差为0.1212,变异系数为0.131％,平均回收率为99.53％,线性相关系数r环氧=0.9999.
