浅谈江苏农作物种子药剂处理现状与推进建议

摘要

The advantages of crop seed treatment with chemical pesticides in agricultural production were introduced, such as controlling various seed-borne and soil-borne diseases and underground insects, saving labors and costs of pesticide, promoting crop seedling emergence and health, and pushing on seed industrialization. The present situation and shortcoming on crop seed treatment with pesticides in Jiangsu were analysed, which mainly showed small-scale application, old pesticide varieties and formulations, and traditional seed soaking and dressing methods. The seed treatment abroad was summarized with big-scale application, newer pesticide compounds, high-performance formulations, and varieties and seed treatment synchronously extended. Four proposals on Jiangsu seed treatment with pesticides were put forward, including accelerating R&D of seed treatment agents, increasing policy support, strengthening the guidance, and speeding up the development of modern seed industry.%介绍了农作物种子药剂处理在农业生产中的优点，可控制多种种传、土传病害及地下害虫危害，节药省工，还可促进农作物齐苗、壮苗和种业产业化发展；分析了江苏省农作物种子药剂处理的现状，主要表现为种子处理应用比例小，所用农药品种和剂型陈旧，处理方法主要为传统的药剂浸种和拌种；归纳了国外种子处理具有应用比例高、品种剂型新颖高效，种子处理与良种同步推广等优点。提出了加快推进江苏种子药剂处理应用的4点建议：加快种子处理药剂研发、加大政策扶持、加强示范引导、加快发展现代种业。
