50抗蚜威WG配方研究及其制粒设备探讨

By screening the dispersants, wetting agents and carriers, the optimal formula of pirimicarb 50%WG was as follow:pirimicarb 50%, D425 3.3%, 85A 6.7%, penetrant JFC 2%, ammonium sulfate 18.5%and diatomite 18.5%. The formulation had low decomposition rate (less than 5%after thermal storage) with the disintegration times of 3-5, and low persistent foam. All specifications met the requirements of WG. The granulation operation was simple and easy.%　　通过对分散剂、润湿剂及载体的筛选，确定了50%抗蚜威WG的最佳配方组成为：50%抗蚜威、3.3%D425、6.7%85A、2%渗透剂JFC、18.5%硫酸铵和18.5%硅藻土。制得的50%抗蚜威WG崩解次数为3～5次，热贮分解率小于5%，持久起泡性低，各项指标均符合WG要求；制粒操作简单。
