桃种质资源收集利用及进化研究进展

摘要

As a large agricultural country, the cultivation of fruit trees and the development of new varieties in China is very important.Peach is origin from China.At present, there are thousands of peach commercial varieties in China, peach germplasm resources are abundant, but the lack of further study of germplasm resources has lead to restriction of the development of peach commodity economy.There are three national peach germplasm resource nurseries in China, and most germplasm resources of peach in China have been collected, and excellent varieties have been selected for cultivation by agronomy, biology and other research methods.Meanwhile, the evolutionary process of peach has been preliminarily analyzed by sequencing and other methods.%我国是农业大国, 果树的种植以及新品种的开发利用非常重要.桃起源于我国, 种质资源丰富, 目前我国有上千个桃的商业品种, 但由于对种质资源还未形成深入的研究和利用, 在一定程度上制约了桃商品经济的发展.中国目前有3个国家级桃种质资源圃, 已经收集了我国桃的多数种质资源, 并采用农艺学、生物学等研究手段筛选出优良品种进行培养, 同时通过测序等方法初步分析了桃的进化过程.
