云南甜龙竹无性繁殖技术探讨

摘要

According to Dendrocalamus. brandisii. biological,ecological characteristics and the suitable environment conditions,based on the Dendrocalamus. brandisii seedling cultivation experience and observational datas,3 methods for Dendrocalamus. brandisii seedling cultivation were introduced.Seed selection was the key to Dendrocalamus. brandisii vegetative propagation seedling cultivation technology.Mother Dendrocalamus. brandisii shoot age and quality of segmental branches,the location and the quality were the key of success and failure of asexual reproduction.%根据云南甜龙竹生物学及生态学特性以及对适生环境条件的要求，在云南甜龙竹育苗经验和观测数据基础上，对云南甜龙竹育苗常用的埋节、扦插、分株再繁等3种方法进行了阐述，认为选种是云南甜龙竹无性繁殖育苗技术的关键环节。母竹母枝的年龄和质量、竹节竹枝的位置和质量2个方面的选择是否恰当，是决定竹类无性繁殖育苗成败的关键。
