高效液相色谱法测定水产品中孔雀石绿的残留量

摘要

建立用高效液相色谱法测定水产品中孔雀石绿的分析方法.样品经乙腈提取、固相萃取柱净化后,以保留时间定性,外标法定量.孔雀石绿峰面积与其质量分数的线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),最低检测限、加标回收率、相对标准偏差分别为1.0μg/kg、89.0%~96.5%、2.0%~2.2%.%Established an analytical method for the determination of malachite green in aquatic products by HPLC.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile,purified by SPE,qualitative analysis by the rentention times and quantitation by external standard.The melamine showed good linearity in a detected concentration range with good correlation coeflicient (r=0.999 7),the limit of detection was 1.0μg/kg,the recoveries were generally 89.0%~96.5%with RSD 2.0%~2.2%.
