SSR分子标记技术及其在农产品品种鉴定中的应用

摘要

SSR molecular marker technology has been widely used in agricultural products variety and purity identification because of its good stability,high accuracy and qualitative accuracy.It plays an important role in clarifying the relationship among different varieties of crops germplasm and germplasm innovation.The advantages and limitations of SSR molecular markers in the condition of the same technology were compared and analyzed,the application in agricultural products variety identification was introduced,and the development prospect was outlooked.%SSR分子标记技术具有稳定性好、正确性高、定性精准等优点,已被广泛应用于农产品品种鉴定及其真实性和纯度验证之中,对厘清我国农产品不同品种种质间的亲缘关系及种质创新具有重要意义.主要平行比较和分析了同等技术下,SSR分子标记技术的优越性及局限性,简单介绍其在农产品品种鉴定中的应用情况,并对其发展前景进行展望.
