Soybean SSR Primer Set and Soybean Variety Identification Method

摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set distinguishing a DNA of a Tanbaguro standard pedigree from those of other varieties of soybean; and to provide a method for differentiating variety of the soybean by using the primer set. PSOLUTION: Whether a soybean sample is the one of the Tanbaguro standard pedigree or not is differentiated based on the result obtained by amplifying the DNA of the sample soybean by a PCR method by using the primer set characterized by the constitution of 36 primers of the simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers present in the genome of the soybean, especially in the noncoding region.
