百花湖初级生产力的2种估算方法比较

         

摘要

以水体的透光深度作为依据,对百花湖湖水垂直方向进行分层采样,然后分别采用叶绿素a法和黑白瓶法对湖水进行垂直初级生产力的估算.结果表明,随着深度的增加,水体初级生产力不断降低,在深度为0、0.86、1.29、1.72、2.15 m处,采用叶绿素a法估算初级生产力分别为0.827、0.744、0.727、0.661、0.647 mg/(m3·d); 采用黑白瓶法估算初级生产力分别为0.822、0.750、0.730、0.661、0.652 mg/(m3·d).2种方法得到的初级生产力数值接近,最大相对偏差<0.8%.%According to the water transmittance,the water of Baihua Lake was stratified sampling by vertical direction. Primary Productivity was estimated by chlorophyll a method and Black and White method respectively. The results showed that as the depth increased,the primary productivity decreased,at a depth of 0 m,0.86 m,1.29 m,1.72 m and 2.15 m,the primary productivity estimated by the chlorophyll a method were 0.827 mg/(m3· d),0.744 mg/(m3·d),0.727 mg/(m3·d),0.661 mg/(m3·d)and 0.647 mg/(m3·d),respectively,and the primary productivity estimated by the Black and White method were 0.822 mg/(m3·d),0.750 mg/(m3·d),0.730 mg/(m3·d),0.661 mg/(m3·d),0.652 mg/(m3·d).Primary productivity values from the two methods was approaching,the maximum relative deviation<0.8%.
