氯化钠浓度对美洲鲥鱼精子活力的影响

摘要

This study was designed to observe the impacts of some factors on the mobility of A losa sapidissima in different NaCl concentrations. The results showed that there were no differences of the sperm to move swiftly in the NaCl concentration of 0~0.8%range. It was better for the sperm to move swiftly and had a longer life expectancy when the NaCl concentration was 0.9%. The sperm motility would be inhibited when the NaCl concentration was 1.0%,with a decline in capacity and life expectancy. There was no athletic ability of sperm in the NaCl concentration of 1.4%~4.2%range.%观察了不同氯化钠浓度对美洲鲥鱼精子活力的影响，结果表明：氯化钠浓度为0~0.8豫时，精子快速运动时间无显著差异。氯化钠浓度为0.9豫(生理盐水)时，精子运动时间和寿命最长。氯化钠浓度为1.0豫时，精子活力受到抑制，运动能力和寿命下降。氯化钠浓度为1.4豫~4.2豫时，精子呈不活动状态，并失去运动能力。
