摘要

The cryopreservation of spermatozoa has long been used in breeding many species of animals and is now slowly spreading to aquaculture for the countless advantages it offers (Gwo, 2000). The aim of this research was to optimise protocols for freezing spermatozoa of the Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas).
