应用型本科食品机械与设备课堂教学方法改革探讨

摘要

Exsiting problems in the classroom teaching process of food machinery and equipment were summerized,such as the content was abstract and there was a plenty of knowledge points,students were lack of learning enthusiasm and had difficult to obtain the knowledge.The classroom teaching method was reformed according to teach experience to change the current situation. Student’s learning enthusiasm for this course was inspired by refining the teaching content,enriching the teaching material,organizing seminar,and changing the score system. The student’s self-study ability could be improved. Their engineering consciousness and comprehensive ability of using the knowledge had been cultivated. The teaching effect got enhancement.%总结食品机械与设备课程中存在的知识点繁多、抽象，学生学习积极性不高，掌握程度差等问题。笔者结合教学实践，对课堂教学方法尝试改革。通过优化教学内容、丰富教学素材、设置开放的课堂讨论、改良评分机制等方法，激发学生的学习积极性，培养学生的自学能力、知识综合运用能力和工程意识，教学效果得到了改善。
