芸苔素内酯对夏黑葡萄生长发育的影响

摘要

采用芸苔素内酯对四年生露地夏黑葡萄进行全株喷施和浸蘸花穗处理，研究芸苔素内酯对夏黑葡萄生长发育的影响。结果表明：全株喷施1.0 mg/L芸苔素内酯，能促进夏黑葡萄植株生长、花芽分化，提高果实品质，延缓叶片衰老；用1.5 mg/L芸苔素内酯浸蘸花穗，可显著增加单穗粒数、单穗重、百粒重、可溶性固形物含量等产量和品质指标。因此，建议在夏黑葡萄生产中进行浸蘸花穗和全株喷施处理，以促进植株生长，提高果实品质。%Using brassinolide to dip flowers and spray plants for four years life black grapes to study its effect on growth of grape.The results showed that 1.0 mg/L brassinolide spraying plants can promote plant growth,flower bud differentiation,improve fruit quality,delay leaf senescence;With 1.5 mg/L brassinolide dip flowers can significantly increase spikelets single spike grain number,single spike weight,soluble solids content,Therefore,suggested that dip flowers and spray plants were applied to promote plant growth and improve the quality of the fruit.
