4G时代运营商核心网络融合运维模式的探索与实践

         

摘要

With the booming development of 4G and traffic operation, telecom operators face three primary contradictions, including the contradiction between explosive network scale expansion and insufficient human resource, the contradiction between network architecture integration and decentralized maintenance, as well as the contradiction between rapid technical development and incompetent personnel. The operation&maintenance transformation of integrated core network is carried out from four aspects of organization, process, system and personnel competence. It is beneficial for operators to deal with these contradictions and challenges and enhance network quality, operation&maintenance efficiency and employee skills.%在4G大发展、流量经营的背景下,移动运营商网络运维面临着网络规模激增与人力资源短缺的矛盾、网络架构融合与专业维护分设的矛盾以及技术飞速发展与人员胜任力不足的矛盾。通过从组织、流程、系统和人员胜任力4个方面开展核心网融合运维转型,有助于运营商应对这些挑战,实现网络质量、运维效率以及员工技能的持续提升。
