U.S. Economic sanctions on China's entities and personnel in name of non-proliferation, especially missile non-proliferation, have been growing and its effects tend to be more profound. In this paper, the statues of U.S. Economic sanctions on China's entities and personnel in name of missile proliferation are studied, and the approaches to realize its extraterritoriality are analyzed.%美国对中国实体和个人以防扩散为名实施的经济制裁越来越频繁,影响越来越广泛,其中尤以导弹防扩散制裁为甚.研究美国以导弹防扩散为名对中国实体和个人实施经济制裁的主要法律依据,并分析美国这一治外法权行为的实现途径.
