发射平台性能评价技术研究

摘要

Considering the characteristics of launching platform,an overall evaluation hierarchy model of launching platform is established using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and an overall efficiency evaluation model of launching platform are established using Multi-attribute Utility Theory(MAUT);by combining AHP and MAUT,the overall performances of three kinds of launching platform are evaluated and compared. The results show that the described method can provide an important scientific basis for decision on launching platform choosing.%根据发射平台使用性能的特点，基于层次分析法，构建发射平台递阶层次结构模型，建立发射平台性能指标评价体系；应用多属性效用理论建立发射平台总体方案的效能评价模型；将层次分析法与多属性效用理论相结合，对3种类型发射平台的总效能进行了评价对比。结果表明，该评价方法能为发射平台选优决策提供重要的依据。
