航行体水下发射出筒的减振垫占空比研究

     

摘要

航行体水下发射出筒是一个复杂的刚体运动与振动耦合过程,且伴随着复杂流体动力学现象的产生。运用多体系统动力学理论和仿真软件建立减振垫适配关系下的航行体水下出筒动力学模型,使用缩比试验获得的实测水动力数据和内弹道对航行体水下发射过程进行动力学仿真,研究航行体出筒弯矩载荷和姿态角速度随占空比和减振垫数量的变化情况,分析影响占空比选取的两个因素,为研究提供参考。%The underwater launching is a complex process with rigid-body motion and vibration coupling accompanied by complicated flow dynamics phenomenon. To get the results about load and attitude rate with the duty ratio and the number of damping washer, the model on vehicle launching with the matching relations of damping washer was established by the multi-body system dynamics theory and the simulation software with subscale testing data. And two important factors were analyzed, which are helpful for the engineering design.
