好氧型甲烷氧化菌对风流中甲烷的降解实验

         

摘要

In order to study the degradation effect of the aerobic methane oxidizing bacteria on the methane in air flow, a kind of aerobic methane oxidizing bacteria which can utilize the methane as the sole carbon source was separated and purified, and an experimental device for simulating the degradation of the methane in air flow in the mine roadway was designed, which realized the regulation and control of different methane concentration, different air quantity and different bacterial solution volume. The experimental results showed that under the conditions of keeping the air quantity of 200 mL/min and the bacterial solution volume of 200 mL, the higher the concentration of methane, the more beneficial to the degradation of the methane;under the conditions of the bacterial solution volume of 200 mL, the methane concentration of 50% and the air quantity reduction from 400 mL/min to 200 mL/min, the minimum methane concentration decreased from 42% to 33%;and under the conditions of keeping the air quantity of 200 mL/min and the methane concentration of 30%, the more the bacterial solution volume, the more beneficial to the degradation of the methane.%为了研究好氧型甲烷氧化菌对风流中甲烷的降解效能,分离纯化出可以甲烷为唯一碳源的好氧型耗甲烷菌株,设计出一种模拟巷道风流中甲烷降解实验装置,实现了对不同甲烷浓度、不同风流量、不同菌液体积的调控.实验结果表明:在保持风流量为200 mL/min、菌液体积为200 mL的条件下,甲烷浓度越高,越有利于甲烷的降解;在菌液体积为200 mL、甲烷浓度为50%的条件下,风流量从400 mL/min减到200 mL/min,最低甲烷浓度由42%下降到33%;在保持风流量为200 mL/min、甲烷浓度为30%的条件下,菌液量越多,越有利于甲烷的降解.
