一种新型电液伺服阀的建模与仿真

         

摘要

After the model of power bond graph being established with the theory of power bond graph, the state equation is deduced, and the time-frequency domain simulation analysis of the model is carried out by MatLab/Simulink. The simulation curves show that the servo valve with NdFeB-based moving coil has better static and dynamic performance compared with Th-7/10 servo valve.%运用功率键合图理论对伺服阀建立功率键合图模型,推导出状态方程,借助仿真软件MatLab/Simulink对模型进行时频域仿真分析,由仿真曲线可知,和TH-7/10型伺服阀相比,基于钕铁硼永磁材料的动圈式伺服阀的动静态性能更好.
