某磁赤褐铁矿选矿试验研究

         

摘要

The grade of an iron ore is 46. 16% , with mainly magnetite, hematite and limonite and relatively high sulfur content. Based on the raw ore analysis results, a " primary grinding-LMS-HMS roughing with its primary concentrate regrinding and reconcentration-table cleaning" process is proposed, and a magnetite concentrate assaying 64. 73% Fe with 16. 51% recovery and a hematite-limonite concentrate assaying 56. 51% Fe with 46. 58% recovery are respectively produced, both without overcontent of sulfur.%某铁矿原矿品位46.16%,铁矿物主要以磁铁矿和赤褐铁矿形式存在,有害元素硫含量偏高.基于原矿性质分析结果,采用磨矿—弱磁选—强磁粗选,粗精矿细磨精选—摇床扫选的工艺流程处理,获得了铁品位和铁回收率分别为64.73%和16.51%的磁铁矿精矿、及铁品位和铁回收率分别为56.51%和46.58%的赤褐铁精矿,两种铁精矿含硫量均不超标.
