云南某褐铁矿磁化焙烧-磁选工艺试验研究

摘要

对云南某铁品位为37.54％的难选贫褐铁矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,并确定采用焙烧-磁选工艺进行选别,最终获得的精矿铁品位达62％以上,铁回收率85％以上,尾矿铁品位下降到13％以下.%Process mineralogy study on a Yunnan refractory iron limonite with an iron grade of 37.54% was carried out and a flowsheet of magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation was introduced. The results show that, a concentrate with an iron grade and recovery of over 62% and 85% , respectively, can be obtained, meanwhile, the iron grade of the tailings can be reduced to no more than 13%.
