分段留矿阶段崩落采矿法在极破碎矿体中的应用

         

摘要

In view of problems in mining newly prospected 79*1-1 orebody in Huangshaping Mine, including fine-crushed and unstable rock, small area permissible exposed and high content of sulfur, plus limited mining method due to no cemented backfilling system jn Huangshaping Mine, medium-deep hole-forming test and hole bottom temperature monitoring test were conducted. Based on the test results, sublevel shrinkage caving method was adopted, and its structure size of stope in design, mining cutting engineering, rock drilling & blasting technology, ventilation and ore removal in mining operation were introduced. The practice has shown this method is safe and high efficient for stoping.%黄沙坪矿79#1-1矿体为新探矿体,矿岩破碎不稳固、允许暴露面积小、矿体含硫量高,且黄沙坪矿无胶结充填系统,限制了采矿方法的选择,开采难度大.针对以上问题,进行了中深孔成孔试验和孔底温度监测试验,在此基础上,采用分段留矿阶段崩落采矿法,并介绍了采场结构尺寸设计、采准切割、凿岩爆破、通风、出矿等采矿生产环节.生产实践表明,该方法能够实现安全、高效回采.
