烧结配矿监控与信息管理系统的设计与研发

     

摘要

In order to enhance real-time monitoring performance and improve information efficiency,a monitoring and information management system for ore proportioning in sintering is established,which consists of C/S mode process monitoring and ore-proportioning information acquisition subsystems.With database established based on MongoDB,VC ++ is adopted to monitor four modules of subsystem including human-computer interaction(HCI),data communication interface,information database and information analysis,and Eclipse RAP technique is used to realize Web service programming based on database.This system,being good at multitasking and real-time monitoring,as well as information acquisition,with more adaptability,provides an effective platform for ore-proportioning monitoring and information Pmanagement in sintering process.%为增强配矿烧结过程实时监控能力,提高配矿过程信息挖掘效率,构建了烧结配矿监控与信息管理系统.该系统由C/S模式的过程监控和B/S模式的配矿信息采集两大子系统组成.采用MongoDB架构系统数据库,采用VC++实现监控子系统的人机交互界面、数据通讯接口、信息数据库、信息分析四大模块,采用Eclipse RAP实现基于数据库的Web服务编程.系统具有多任务和实时监控能力,信息采集功能强、适应性好,为烧结配矿监控和信息挖掘提供了一种有效的系统平台.
