李楼镜铁矿系统磨矿分级优化试验及其考查分析

         

摘要

Current state of specularite beneficiation flowsheet in Lilou Mine, including grinding and classification processes, was introduced. The grinding efficiency was increased by reducing the mill feed size adopting a “more crushing and less grinding” principle, and parameters for grinding⁃classification operations were optimized. According to the effect evaluation, it can be concluded that size distribution of grinding products has been obviously improved.%介绍了李楼镜铁矿工艺流程及磨矿分级现状。通过“多碎少磨”原则减小入磨粒度来提高磨矿效率,开展了磨矿分级作业工艺参数优化试验,通过考查分析,表明优化后的磨矿产品粒度组成得到了明显改善。
