在现场工艺流程试验的基础上,对某铜冶炼渣选矿工艺流程和条件进行了优化试验。在粗磨细度-0.045 mm粒级占75%、丁基黄药为捕收剂、Na2S为活化剂、中矿不再磨条件下,闭路流程试验获得的铜精矿品位为34.47%,回收率为92.61%。相比于现场工艺流程,可简化工艺流程,降低生产成本,提高浮选指标,增加总效益。%The processing flowsheet and parameters for concentrating a copper smelting slag were optimized. At a primary grinding fineness of -0.045 mm 75%, with butyl xanthate as the collector and Na2S as the activator, a closed⁃circuit flowsheet without the regrinding of middlings yielded a copper concentrate approaching 34. 47% Cu grade at 92. 61%recovery. Compared with the previous on⁃site processing technique, it is characterized with a simplified operation, reduced cost, improved flotation effect, as well as increased economic returns.
