针对江西某贫硫低品位难处理金尾矿开展了选矿试验研究。结果表明:磨矿细度为-0.038 mm 粒级占55.43%,采用Na2 CO3作pH调整剂和分散剂、水玻璃作脉石抑制剂、硫酸铜作载金矿物活化剂、MA黄药和巯基苯骈噻唑( MBT)作组合捕收剂,经一粗一精二扫闭路浮选,可得到金品位19.87 g/t、回收率60.61%的金精矿。%Mineral processing experiments were conducted on sulfur⁃depleted low⁃grade refractory gold tailings from Jiangxi. Results indicate that a closed⁃circuit flotation flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing, two stages of scavenging and one stage of cleaning, with the grinding fineness of -0.038 mm 55.43%, Na2CO3 as pH regulator and dispersant, sodium silicate as depressant, copper sulfate as the activator of gold⁃bearing minerals, and a combination of MA xanthate and mercaptobenzothiazole ( MBT ) as gold collector, results in a gold concentrate with gold content of 19.87 g/t at a recovery of 60.61%.
