从低品位锡钨混合粗精矿中提取钨

         

摘要

The process of oxygen pressure alkaline leaching was proposed to extract tungsten from low⁃grade rough concentrate of tin and tungsten. The effects of dosages of Na2 CO3 and additive A, oxygen partial pressure, liquid/solid ratio, leaching time, leaching temperature and mixing speed on tungsten leaching rate were investigated. Results showed that at the following optimum processing conditions, including the addition of Na2 CO3 1.5 times of theoretical quantity for chemical reaction, the dosage of additive A at 15% of the raw material mass, liquid/solid ratio at 5∶1, oxygen partial pressure at 0.5 MPa, leaching temperature at 180 ℃, leaching time at 2 h, stirring speed at 700 r/min, the leaching rate of tungsten was over 99%.%采用碳酸钠氧压浸出工艺处理低品位锡钨混合粗精矿,研究了碳酸钠用量、添加剂A用量、氧分压、浸出液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度及搅拌速度等因素对钨浸出率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:碳酸钠加入量为化学反应理论量1.5倍,添加剂A用量为原矿质量的15%,液固比为5∶1,氧分压0.5 MPa,温度180℃,时间2 h,搅拌速度700 r/min,此时钨浸出率可达99%以上。
