石煤复合碱循环浸出提钒研究

         

摘要

采用空白焙烧-复合碱循环浸出工艺从石煤钒矿中浸出钒,结果表明,当焙烧温度850℃、焙烧时间3 h、16%NaOH和12%Na2 CO3复合碱作为浸出剂、浸出温度95℃、浸出时间2 h、液固比为2时,钒浸出率可达84.28%.复合碱循环浸出过程中平均浸出率的变化不大,但浸出液中钒浓度得到了显著提高,且碱用量大大降低.%Vanadium was extracted from stone coal by adopting a process consisting of blank roasting and repeated leaching with complex alkaline. Results showed that vanadium leaching rate could be up to 84.28% with a 3h-roasting at 850℃ and a 2h-leaching at 95℃ with a complex alkaline composed of 16%NaOH and 12%Na2 CO3 as leaching agent, a liquid/solid ratio at 2. No great difference was found in an average leaching rate from each repeated complex alkaline leaching, but the concentration of vanadium in the leach liquor was greatly increased and the alkaline consumption was also sharply reduced.
