采用先浮选后磁选的方法从粉煤灰中回收碳和铁,结果表明,当磨矿细度为-74 μm粒级占99%,捕收剂煤油用量300 g/t,抑制剂碳酸钠用量100 g/t,起泡剂松醇油用量100 g/t,磁场强度300 mT时,可得到品位71.45%、回收率92.50%的碳精矿和品位62.39%、回收率82.42%的铁精矿.%The fly ash was processed sequentially by flotation and magnetic separation. Results show that,after milled to a fineness of-74 μm 99%,fly ash was floated using 300 g/t kerosene as the collector,100 g/t sodium carbonate as the depressant,100 g/t terpineol oil as the frother,and then treated by magnetic separation under a magnetic field intensity of 300 mT, resulting in a carbon concentrate with carbon grade of 71.45% at a recovery of 92.50% and an iron concentrate grading 62.39% Fe at 82.42% recovery.
