受污染地下水中苯降解菌的筛选研究

摘要

以苯系污染物为研究对象,对微生物降解苯系污染物的机理进行了研究.通过对降解苯的菌种的分离、纯化,筛选出降解效果较好的优势菌种,并对其进行降解规律确定和菌种鉴定.%The paper takes the pollutant in benzene series as the research obj ectives,to study the mechanism of microbial degradation of benzene pollutants.Through separation and purification of benzene strains,select the dominant bacteria with better degradation effect.Degradation patterns and bacteria identification are carried out,too.
