Objective To find out the cause of an outbreak of food-borne disease,and to provide the effective methods for the rapid disposal of outbreaks.Methods Direct bacterial culture and enrichment culture were carried out in parallel to isolate the pathogens from 7 suspicious foods samples and 2 samples of the patient excrements.The biochemical and serological tests were implemented to identify the isolated suspicious colonies.The bacterial colonies were reviewed and drug susceptibility was done with VITEK-2 full-automatic microbial analytical system.Results Salmonella paratyphi C was detected from 2 food samples and 2 excretion samples.The coincidence rate of identification results of 4 strains was 100% between the biochemical and serological tests and VITEK-2 system.Conclusion Salmonella paratyphi C is the cause of this collective food poisoning.%目的 检验分析某食源性疾病暴发的病原菌,为疫情的快速处置提供依据.方法 对7份可疑留样食品和2例患者的排泄物同时进行直接培养、增菌分离培养,对分离的可疑菌株进行生化和血清学试验鉴定,并用VITEK-2全自动微生物分析仪对分离菌株鉴定复核和药敏试验.结果 9份样品中,2份食品和2份患者的排泄物中均检出沙门菌,经生化试验和血清学试验与全自动微生物分析仪鉴定,证明该沙门菌为丙型副伤寒沙门菌.4株分离菌对氨苄西林、复方新诺明、四环素、阿莫西林耐药.结论 引起本次食源性疾病暴发的病原菌为丙型副伤寒沙门菌.
