一种基于语义参数的接骨板贴合面设计方法

         

摘要

为了解决接骨板的快速设计问题,课题组提出一种基于参数化技术的接骨板设计方法及一种基于语义参数的接骨板贴合面设计方法,该方法利用特征点将接骨板标定为具有医用意义的实体特征单元。首先,结合医学医用需求,从重构的点云骨骼模型中获取感兴趣区域,构成贴合面特征区域;其次,构建设计特征点、线与参数间的约束关系,并通过轮廓线蒙皮等操作创建贴合面的特征曲面;最后,以特征曲面为输入,设置厚度参数,生成接骨板实体模型。实验以T型接骨板为实例进行验证,实验表明该方法能够通过语义参数快速构建接骨板,为接骨板的快速设计提供了一种新方法。%In order to improve the rapid design of orthopedic plate,a method based on semantic parameters is proposed,tagging the plates as the surface feature units with medical significance by surface feature points.Specifically,first,combining requirements of medical anatomy,the interest area is obtained from reconstructed point -clouds skeleton model to extract the abutted surface of orthopedic plate;Second,the relationship between the parameters of the feature point and the line are defined,and the feature surface is created by skinning the contour and other operations;Finally,the surface feature used as input,the parametric CAD model of plate is constructed by performing a serial of modeling operation.The experiment result shows that it can rapidly design the parameterized orthopedic plate and provide a new method for rapid design of orthopedic plate.
