型面联接机构贴合面由于长期服役,会出现表面烧蚀,局部面型磨损及变型等失效现象,拆装时容易形成划痕。贴合面几何参数测量是机构检修的重要项目,现有的检测方法采用目视判断或常规的几何量检测仪器,难以实现型面参数高精度量化检测。介绍一种将高精度位移传感器及定焦显微系统相结合进行型面联接机构贴合面几何参数测量的方法及装置。这种测量装置在测量围为0.9mm内测量精度为0.01mm,同时具有便携式及操作简单等优点。%Because of the long-term service of the faying surface in the profiles connection structure, there are the phenomena of the surface ablation, local surface wear and variant failure. The scratches are easy to form in disassembling. The geometric parameters measurement of faying surface is the important project of agency maintenance. The existing detection method uses visual judgment or regular geometric quantity testing instrument. It is difficult to implement high-precision quantitative testing of the profile parameters. A kind of method and device of carrying out the geometrical parameter testing of the connection of profiles and faying surface by combining high precision displacement sensor with fixed focus microscope system is introduced. The measuring circumference of this measuring device is 0.9mm, the inside measurement accuracy of it is 0.01mm, at the time, it has the advantages of portable and simple operation.
