基于RPC框架的辅料配盘信息管理系统

             

摘要

The auxiliary material allocation information management system is an important part of cigarette production and logistics system. In order to improve the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of shared business data,according to the business requirements, the related business,data and data flow are classified and summarized, and based on RPC framework, a set of communication architecture is devel-oped to interface with upstream and downstream systems. The communication architecture can exchange information between upper computer, electrical equipment and upstream systems, thus realizing data in-teraction between different systems and electrical equipment. The communication architecture of RPC framework can ensure the timeliness of production monitoring and scheduling, and further realize the in-formation sharing of each service of auxiliary material allocation information management system.%辅料配盘信息管理系统是卷烟生产物流系统的重要组成部分.为提高共享业务数据的准确性、完整性、时效性,根据辅料配盘信息管理系统的业务需求,对涉及的业务、数据、数据流向进行了分类和归纳,在RPC框架的基础上制定了一套与上下游系统对接的通信架构.该通信架构可进行上位机与电气设备和上游系统之间的信息交换,从而实现了数据在不同系统间与电气设备进行数据交互.通过RPC框架的通信架构,可以保证生产监控、调度的时效性,进一步实现了辅料配盘信息管理系统各业务的信息共享.
