改进的磁链观测器在永磁同步电机上的应用

         

摘要

针对传统磁链观测器易受电机参数影响的问题,提出了一种新型的磁链观测器.永磁同步电机由电流调节器驱动,电流调节器反映磁链偏差的积分项用来补偿电机电感和永磁磁链的变化.为避免永磁同步电机弱磁运行时发生过调制问题,采用了一种最小距离过调制策略.改进后的磁链观测器不仅在最大转矩电流比运行区,而且在弱磁运行区都有较好的观察性能.通过传统磁链观测器和改进后磁链观测器的比较实验,验证了该磁链观测器对电机参数变化具有较强的鲁棒性.%To deal with the problem of conventional flux observer sensitive to parameters, this paper presented a modified flux observer. Permanent magnet synchronous motor is driven by current-regulated inverter. The integral output of the current regulator reflecting flux errors are used to compensate variation of inductance and permanent-magnet flux linkage. To avoid an overmodulation problem in the flux-weakening region, the minimum distance overmodulation strategy is used. The proposed flux observer shows satisfactory performance in maximum torque per ampere operating region and in flux weakening region. The experiments for conventional flux observer and the improved flux observer verify that the improved flux observer has the strong robustness to variation of parameters.
