步进电机高分辨率自适应细分控制的研究

             

摘要

A new algorithm has been developed which is called "modified Kalman algorithm" for the fine control function of the step motor. One basic control function for high differentiating rate fine of the stepping motor was given by the way of Priori knowledge, and was Updated dynamically by the way of modified Kalman algorithm presented by author. The problem of the constant moment even fine driving of step motor in different systems, has been solved. This method is valuable.%该文提出了一种新的步进电机细分控制函数的生成算法-修正卡尔曼法,该方法首先利用先验知识,将已知混合式步进电机的高分辨率细分控制曲线作为基本控制曲线,再利用改造后的卡尔曼算法公式,对该曲线进行动态优化更新,解决了不同系统中步进电机的恒力矩均匀细分驱动自适应调控的难题.扩大了细分驱动电源的适应面.
