无刷直流电机无位置传感器直接转矩控制

         

摘要

为简化无刷直流电机控制系统结构,同时减小无刷直流电机转矩脉动,本文提出了一种无位置传感器无刷直流电机直接转矩控制方法.该方法通过在两相静止坐标系中定子磁链、转子位置角和定子电流分量之间的关系来计算转矩,采用一阶低通滤波器替代积分器,避免了积分饱和,相位和幅值不对称等问题,并结合传统的单神经元自适应PID方法,形成了一种新型的单神经元自适应PID方法.仿真和实验结果表明与传统电流控制相比,该方法具有良好的动静态特性,也验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性.%In order to simplify the control system structure of brushless DC motor(BLDCM) and to reduce its torque ripple,proposed a direct torque control method without using position sensor for BLDCM.In this method,torque was calculated through the relationship among stator flux,rotor position angle and stator current component in two-phase stationary coordinate system and first-order low-pass filter was used instead of integrator to avoid integration saturation and asymmetry of phase and amplitude.A novel single neuron adaptive control method was proposed based on the traditional single neuron adaptive control method.The simulation and experiment results show that this method has better static and dynamic performance than the traditional current control method and show that this method is correct and feasible.
