基于 DSP 和 FPGA 的多轴伺服运动控制器设计

         

摘要

Targeting at the problem that the performance of motor control system such as real-time, machi-ning accuracy and velocity is more and more important with the development of NC technology , a high-speed high-precision multi-axis motion controller design was presented , system used DSP +FPGA +architec-ture-specific integrated chip , and the system has all the functions of agencies , data sampling , data process-ing, sensing, control and communication , to better meet the real-time motion control unit and control CNC system demanding accuracy .It made full use of the structural characteristics of DSP parallel logic powerful data processing capability , and linear interpolation , any two-axis circular interpolation , any 3-axis bit pat-tern interpolation operation were carried by MCX 314 AS multi-axis motion control chip .This article described the detailed design of the overall motion controller hardware structure and main modules , and gave the struc-ture of the system software framework program implementation .Experimental results show that the system has a advantages of high integration , powerful , real-time and high reliability.%针对数控技术的发展对运动控制系统的实时性、加工速度、精确度等性能指标提出了越来越高的要求,本文提出了一种高速高精度的多轴运动控制器的设计方案,系统采用DSP+FPGA+专用集成芯片的体系结构,采用集中控制分层处理的结构思想,它集传感、数据采集、控制及通信功能于一体,能够更好地满足数控系统对运动控制单元的实时性和控制精度的苛刻要求。该结构充分利用DSP的强大数据处理能力及FPFA的并行逻辑特性,并以MCX314 AS运动控制芯片实现多轴直线插补、任意两轴圆弧插补、任意3轴位元模式插补运算。本文介绍了运动控制器的硬件整体结构及主要模块的详细设计,并给出了系统软件实现的程序结构框架。实验结果表明,该系统具有集成度高、功能强大、扩张性强、实时性强及可靠性高等的优点。
