LIDA485直线光栅尺在 PMSLM 位置与速度检测中应用研究

摘要

针对永磁同步直线电动机（ PMSLM）的位置检测问题，运用LIDA485直线光栅尺，设计出位置检测电路，分析检测过程与机理，提出检测实现方法，结合霍尔传感器提出初始位置检测方法，最后还介绍了基于LIDA485直线光栅尺的速度检测过程与基本原理。%Aimed at the problem of position detection of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor , using LIDA485 linear grating ruler , designed of the position detecting circuit , analysed process and mechanism principle , specified the detection method , put forward an accurate method to realize the rotor′s initial posi-tion detection combining with the Holzer sensor.Finally, demonstrated of position and velocity of linear grat-ing detection has good anti-interference ability and resisting disturbance ability based on dynamic response function.
