基于Tecnomatix软件的白车身工艺规划与仿真验证

             

摘要

在白车身生产规划中,一切要以提高工作效率、降低生产成本为原则。在确定了机器人的最优焊接路径后,应在Tecnomatix环境中利用Process Designer(以下简称“PD”)和Process Simulate(以下简称“PS”),从而实现对白车身焊装线项目前期工艺规划、仿真验证、焊装线中工作站的建立、焊钳的选择和焊接路径的验证、干涉和分析。通过仿真验证分析焊接装配过程中可能出现的问题,提出了解决方法,确定了生产方案,以指导现场装配。%In the BIW production plan, all want to improve the work efficiency, reduce production cost as the principle. In determining the optimal welding robot path, should use Process Designer in the Tecnomatix environment(hereinafter referred to as “PD”)and Process Simulate(hereinafter referred to as “PS”), so as to realize the BIW Welding line project process planning, simulation, welding line, welding tongs workstations in the selection and establishment of welding path verification and analysis, interference. Through the simulation analysis of the possible problems in the process of welding assembly, puts forward the solving method, production plan was determined, in order to guide the field assembly.
