基于高斯混合模型的移动目标跟踪

摘要

目标跟踪是视频处理中的一个重要研究方向,针对传统跟踪方法鲁棒性差、误差大的缺陷,设计了基于高斯混合模型的移动目标跟踪方法.对当前移动目标跟踪的研究现状进行分析,找到引起目标跟踪误差大、鲁棒性差的原因,采用高斯混合模型对视频中移动目标进行检测,提取完整的运动目标,采用卡尔曼滤波算法对目标移动轨迹进行跟踪,并通过具体目标跟踪实验对其性能进行测试,结果表明,其方法可以对移动目标进行准确跟踪,可以适合目标背景的复杂变化,鲁棒性好,加快了目标跟踪的效率,跟踪结果十分稳定.%Object tracking is an important research direction in video processing.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional methods,such as poor robustness and large tracking error,a moving target tracking method based on Gauss mixture model is designed.Firstly,the current research status of moving target tracking is analyzed,and the reasons of large tracking error and poor robustness are found,and then tmixed Gauss model is used to detect the moving object in the video,and moving object is extracted,finally,Kalman filter is used to track the moving track of the target.Its performance is tested by the specific target tracking experiment.The results show that the proposed method can track the moving target accurately,and can be adapted to the complex change of the target background,good robustness,speed up efficiency of target tracking,tracking results are very stable.
