压力传感器非线性曲线拟合方法及不确定度分析

摘要

压力传感器输入输出关系通常以线性拟合直线来表示，而实际输入输出关系并不是直线关系，本文用最小二乘法拟合压力传感器输入输出非线性方程，并给出不确定度分析，可以提高测量的准确度。%The relationship between input and output of pressure sensors is usually expressed through linear curve, but it is not a linear rela-tionship. The least square method is used to simulate the nonlinearity of pressure sensors’ input and output, and the methods for these uncertain-ty calculations and evaluations were derived to improve measure accuracy.
