基于平台测量的叶片榫头测具检测方法

         

摘要

With consideration of the geometric characteristics of a typical measurement for a compressor rotor blade surface of the inner edge of the control panel,secondary standard instruments(such as balls)are used to measure spot size of its space on the platform for precision meas-urements through an indirect inspection and space angle conversion. We realize the accurate inspection on the geometrical parameters of the meas-urement space dedicated to blade roots. The derived formula can be applied to the measure conversion for this kind of measurements,and solve the problem that this type of gauges cannot be used after gauge cycle. We improve the inspection efficiency and meet the inspection control re-quirements of this type of blades.%结合控制某压气机转子叶片内缘板表面质量的典型测具的几何特征,利用辅助标准器具(圆球等),通过间接检测、空间角度换算,在平台上对其空间点尺寸进行测量,实现了叶片榫头专用测具空间几何量参数的准确检测;推导出的公式可应用于该类测具的尺寸换算,解决了测具周期使用后无法检测的难题,提高了检测效率,满足了该类叶片产品的质量控制要求。
